Breathing, beyond the basic need for survival, acts as a bridge between spirit, mind, and body; between the conscious and the subconscious. “Conscious Breathing” is one of the quickest ways to open the heart and energise the body.
When used in specific ways, breathing allows us to release and resolve emotions, belief systems, stresses and memories which are often inaccessible through the more conventional talking therapies.

Patara beach is around 50 minutes from Fethiye by car. Patara is part of a national park, it is a key biodiversity area, rich in birdlife and the breeding ground of the endangered loggerhead turtles (caretta caretta). Patara beach has been declared off-limits for development because of the turtles, they are extinction and protection of their nesting sites on the Turkish coast is very important. The beach is closed after sunset from May to October to give the turtles peace in which to lay their eggs as it is the second most important turtle nesting beach after dalyan iztuzu in Turkey.
Patara is a sandy beach, has many shells at it’s shore line and is good for swimming, although care needs to be taken with currents. At 12km long, it is a lovely place to walk, with sand dunes and mountains providing a very scenic back drop.
Patara is voted as one of the top beaches in the world by Times Online in 2005, a visit to Patara beach also enables visitors to look around the major Roman and Lycian historical ruins Xanthos, Letoon, just 15 minutes drive.
Even in the height of summer patara beach is never crowded. The absence of development and no water sports means that it is always peaceful. There is a café at the end of the boardwalk that sells snacks and drinks, and hires sunbeds and parasols.
Dalyan Turtle Beach is a wide, soft sandy beach, warm inviting water it’s no surprise that holiday makers and turtles love Dalyan Iztuzu Turtle Beach, Dalyan and that it has been voted as one of the top 20 beaches in the world by Tripadvisor!
Dalyan Turtle Beach is formed from a narrow sand bank which acts as a natural barrier between the fresh water of the Dalyan River and the sea in South West Turkey. Dalyan turtle beach is often referred to as Dalyan Turtle Beach due to it being one of the main breeding grounds for Loggerhead Sea Turtles (Caretta Caretta), the beach forms part of an Environmental Protection Area to ensure a safe breeding ground and nesting habitat for this endangered species.
At Dalyan turtle beach, the ancient town of Caunos dates back to the 10th century B.C. Archaeological investigations have foundnevidence of the Classic,Hellenistic, Roman and Byzantium Ages. The once very importantharbour of the ancient town has receded from the sea due to the Dalyan Delta. Strabon (Skylaks), an important geographer of the ancient age, said “Caunos is at coast and Calbis flows near it.” Caunos is at the South coast of Karya opposite the Grek island of Rhodes.
Caretta Caretta Sea Turtles Dalyan are among the species endangered according to IUCN (International Nature Conservation Union) criteria.
Caretta Sea Turtles Dalyan, the reason they are listed in the “red list” is that they have been reduced by at least 50% of the annual number of female nesting in the last three generations. If no measures are taken, these creatures, like dinosaurs, can be consumed in the wild.
It is estimated that only 60,000 and 200,000 in the world, respectively, and only 2,000 and 300,500 Caretta caretta and Chelonia mydas female individuals in the Mediterranean are left. There are eight types of sea turtles that are presently living in the whole world, spreading generally in tropical and subtropical coasts.
Two of these species, Caretta caretta (turtle or sea turtle) and Chelonia mydas (southern turtle or green turtle) enter the Mediterranean to nest in particular Caretta Sea Turtles Dalyan. They can also visit various Mediterranean coasts like Dalyan for wintering and feeding. But mostly they prefer to nest at the coast of Turkey.
More than 60% of all nesting areas in the Mediterranean is located in Caretta Sea Turtles Dalyan Turkey. Particularly preferred tadpole turtle while Turkey’s western coast, while green turtles Alata, Boiler, makes Akyatan and Samandağ Dalyan iztuzu beaches. Although the sea turtles are not fully known yet, we can summarize the general life stories as follows: Sea turtles have taken this name because they lived in the sea; they will not land. But only their females go on land to make a home. Martyrs on the Hatay coast are mating in March-May, nesting seasons between June and August. From August to October, the pups complete their incubation period and head towards the sea. After mating near the nesting habitat, men leave if the mating areas are not feeding and wintering areas at the same time. After the weather is over, the dentists go out to the shore and try to find a suitable nesting area, if they can not find it, or light, sound etc. If they get in the way, they return to the sea without nesting. Teeth repeat this operation several times at a time, and a female can make 2-3 sockets at a time.
Hard-to-nest, labor-demanding face The female turtle with its giant stomach up to the face kilograms leaves the sand on the sand in the darkness of the night and comes out quietly. First dig out a trunk pit using the front and back members, then create the egg pit using only the back members. The depth of the egg pit dug by the caretta caretta individuals may be about 4055 cm, while the depth of the egg pit dug by the Chelonia mydas individuals may be about 70-S0 cm. Later on, 3-4 eggs each time with an obstructive liquid on the egg pit. The dogs wield the sand to smell the smell of this liquor, which is attractive to foxes, and then leave the beach after being sure that they care for the nest.
The incubation period lasts about 50-60 days. After completing this period, the baby turtles leave the nest hole and the reflections of the light are directed towards the sea. Caretta Sea Turtles Dalyan there are dozens of dangers waiting for them. Animals like crabs, foxes, dogs can hunt their young. If there are settlements on the beach, the reflected light from them can direct them to the wrong side. Caretta Sea Turtles Dalyan there are also hazards waiting for the cubs that have managed to reach the sea. Some fish are fed with them, they may feed birds from near-surface flukes. It is estimated that one of the offspring of a beach can reach only the one where one can reach the sexual maturity and give birth to the offspring.
